Wigan Youth Zone Patronage
The Youth Zone provides an amazing service to Wigan’s younger
generation and NRB are proud to have supported Wigan Youth Zone for a number of years.
Along with providing a monthly donation to the youth Zone we are also currently funding 121 coaching sessions for 5 members of the Youth Zone to help them understand what their strengths are and how they can be used to improve their career prospects alongside their interpersonal skills.
One of our monthly charity days every year is used to support the Youth Zone in raising awareness on social media and raising some much needed funds.
Raising Money for Wigan and Leigh Hospice
Our nominated charity for May was Wigan and Leigh Hospice. We wore rainbow colours as part of our monthly dress down day.
Wigan and Leigh Hospice provides specialist palliative care to people who have been diagnosed with a life-limited or terminal illness.
We wanted to support Wigan and Leigh Hospice so that they can continue with their incredible care and support.
Josh Bohannon Partnership
We are delighted to announce that we have renewed our partnership with Josh Bohannon.
Josh has again been hugely successful in the past 12 months, amassing over 800 First Class runs in the 2022 season, which was rewarded with a spot on the England Lions tour of Sri Lanka earlier this year.
Josh is also progressing with his accounting studies where he hopes to gain recognized qualification in the not-so-distant future.
As always, we will continue to support Josh both on and off the field with his accountancy studies and we wish him all the best for the forthcoming season.
NRB Ladies Day
Female clients, intermediaries and staff came together to watch Cheltenham races as part of our 75th Anniversary Celebrations.
There were fantastic raffle prizes up for grabs, with our very own Charlie Bennett winning the Cheltenham Gold Cup hamper!
In total, we raised over £500 for Breast Cancer Now!
Wigan Youth Zone Golf Day
Swinging into action at Wigan Golf Club’s tournament last Friday! Our fantastic four attended the golf tournament raising money for Wigan Youth Zone.
Josh, Neil, Will and Ben once again proudly represented NRB on and off the golf course.
