NR Barton target growth with quartet of new hires

NR Barton have targeted growth with four new hires for the Wigan based practice. The firm achieved record breaking turnover for the year to March 2019 and the new hires represent a significant investment by the firm for the future.

The firm, led by partners, John Schofield, Adrian Farrimond, Cathy Rogers, Neil Whittingham and Paul Farrington, is growing from strength to strength. A leader in online and cloud accounting, NR Barton offer a full suite of accounting services to clients across the Wigan borough and wider North West area.

Leading the new hires is Sue Walker who has joined as the firm’s Practice Manager. Sue has a history leading teams and working with the manufacturing industry. She has a great approach to systems and processes and will help the firm on its digital journey.

Louise Harrison, Matt Walker, and Cameron Shrigley have all joined the firm’s advisory team and all three have joined from Fairhurst Accountants. Both Louise and Matt have joined the firm as Managers to help continue the firm’s ongoing digital transformation, whilst Cameron has joined on an AAT training contract.
